NY: Peter Liang’s Case Could Be The Start Of Other Cases Returning Back To Court..

NY –
And it all began with an allegation of a Juror, a Judge will decide whether to throw Peter Liang’s conviction out of court, Liang was expected to be sentenced on 4/14/2016.

Liang, 28, was convicted of second-degree manslaughter and official misconduct for fatally shooting Akai Gurley in an unlit stairwell of a Brooklyn housing project in November 2014.

According to a source:

This case is now raising the eyebrows to those sitting behind bars as to whether prior cases (Unrelated to Peter Liang) which resulted in convictions, regarding Jurors used in those cases had similar circumstances.

My thought:

This matter should be up to an appeals court to decide.
